At the beginning of this year, when I usually have a vision of what lies ahead, I clearly saw the importance of rest as an essential part of the spiritual path. I felt this both for myself and for my students. These are challenging times. We live lives filled with intense responsibilities and constant stimuli.
Without rest and relaxation, it becomes difficult to continue walking the path of self-realization. With each cycle, life invites us to make conscious pauses — moments to breathe, listen to the silence, and tend to our inner garden.
And I feel that, now more than ever, we need these breaks to maintain clarity and lightness on the journey. That is why I want to invite you to a Vacation Immersion with me in Alto Paraíso, Brazil, this July — a time to step away from routine, relax together, and nourish body, mind, and spirit. We will gather for satsangs, pujas, chant mantras, laugh around the bonfire, swim in waterfalls and in the pool, withdraw into silence when it is time, and rejoice in cultivating dharmic friendships.
